Table of Contents- recipes

The culinary school I've been to, I grew up in (with mom as head chef). Call it inexperience, but I know what I love, I make it, and I enjoy eating it... and that's all that matters to me. For those who share the same fascination towards food and cooking, here are my recipes... from my kitchen to yours.

*Note: I'm somewhat of a health conscious person so you'll find little to no trans fat and MSG in my recipes.  I also tone down sugar and fats when I can.

I have a good amount of spices and basic ingredients for baking that I use often.  If you invest in these ingredients, you'll be able to whip up any of my recipes below without a problem (I invested in the biggest sizes of each so that they will last a long time).
