Local Fruits and Vegetables in Grenada, West Indies. Caribbean.

If there's one thing I love about Grenada... (ok, maybe three things), It has to be its' people, beauty, and produce.

Local fruits and veggies are much more plentiful and cheap, not to mention delicious, rich and unique.  I bought so many local fruits and veggies not only because they were dirt cheap and delicious, but also because I knew I wouldn't be able to get them back in America.

Don't worry, they have all sorts of other imported produce available at IGA as well.

Great places to shop for local fruits and veggies:
*Foodfair (Grand Anse Shopping Centre)
*Farmer's Market located one block away from IGA heading towards BBC Beach.  Every Wednesday from morning till afternoon.
*In town (#1 local bus St. George's)
*random fruit stands everywhere
